 Site R3 is at the 12th Avenue North bridge (River Mile 449.3) is 0.1 River Miles upstream of the discharge point for the Moorhead Wastewater Treatment Plant. TMDL (total maximum daily load) limits are being set for this stretch of the river to address concerns for ammonia and organics (relatively high levels of organic material and relatively low levels of dissolved oxygen). |
