 Site R4 is at 35th Avenue North in Fargo. R4 is 4.5 River Miles downstream of the Moorhead Wastewater Treatment Plant discharge and 4.6 River Miles upstream from the Fargo Wastewater Treatment Plant discharge. TMDL (total maximum daily load) limits are being set for this stretch of the river to address concerns for ammonia and organics (relatively high levels of organic material and relatively low levels of dissolved oxygen. |
